My Experience

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Missouri, Wisconsin, and Minnesota with over 10 years of extensive experience working with specific populations in sex therapy, couples’ therapy, and individual therapy. My clinical work includes marital preparation, effective communication and conflict resolution, discrepancies in sexual desire and intimacy, and problematic sexual issues. I am also certified in PREPARE/ENRICH working with couples.

I implement the training I have undergone with APSATS (The Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists) and CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) to work with the betrayed partner, addict, or couple and meet them where they are at in their recovery.

I utilize my training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help my clients address any degree of trauma or conflict they may be carrying. EMDR allows my clients to create a safe and healing space no matter the situation.

I was born and raised in St.Louis, Missouri. I have developed my career in the much colder states of Wisconsin and Minnesota before moving back home to St.Louis in 2022. In my free time I am with my two golden retriever fur babies, Cooper and Buster, watching my STL Cardinals, or knocking a restaurant off of my foodie list, with my husband.

My true passion is my work and being able to help individuals and couples get through some of the hardest points in their lives. I consider myself lucky, that I am able to do what I love as a career.

Intake (first) Session

This is designated for the therapist and client to get to know one another. In this session we will cover any questions you may have, goals of therapy, scheduling, and logistics moving forward.

60 mins | $225

Couples Sessions

 All couples sessions are an hour.

60 mins I $180

Individual Sessions

Sessions are billed based off of the amount of time.
